Eligibility for Returns
We accept returns for most products within 7–15 days from the date of delivery, subject to the following conditions:

The item must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging with all tags, manuals, and accessories intact.

How to Initiate a Return

Go to My Orders and select the item you want to return.

Click on "Request Return" and follow the instructions.

Our team will schedule a pickup or provide return shipping details.

Once the item is received and inspected, we will process your refund.

Refunds

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method or as store credit, depending on your preference.

Refund processing time:

Prepaid Orders: Within 5–7 business days after we receive the returned item.

COD Orders: Store credit or bank transfer within 7–10 business days after pickup.

Shipping fees are non-refundable, unless the item was defective or the wrong product was sent.
Exchanges

We offer free size or item exchanges for eligible products (e.g., fashion, footwear).

Exchange requests must also be made within 7–15 days of delivery.

If the requested item is out of stock, we will issue a full refund or store credit.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:

Return Shipping

In most cases, Sonrisa will arrange a free pickup.

For remote areas, customers may be asked to self-ship the item. We will reimburse the shipping cost with valid proof.
